Annual Charity Ball 2018

Enlightened was delighted to once again be asked to provide full production Lighting, Sound and Audio Visual for their 4th Annual Ball.

The Venue looked truly stunning with Enlightened Lighting Designer Derek Lee utilising the charities signature colour to provide a themed lighting palette of vivid purples throughout the evening.

Victoria’s Promise charity was founded to fulfil a promise. While tragically, Victoria Van der Westhuizen lost her own battle with cancer her foundation continues to ensure that other young women battling the illness get the support and fellowship they need.

The evening was a tremendous success with over £69,000 raised to support the charities continued effort to help as many women as possible.

Dino Rakitzis: General manager of Victoria’s Promise told us of the event that “AV is critical to the success of the event. We were not only aiming to raise much needed funds for the work we do in the support of young women with cancer, research and prevention education but to hold an event to strengthen our community. You single-handedly helped us to achieve both of these goals”, adding “we would like to sincerely thank you for you and your team’s work this year. For your flexibility, patience and dedication to make the room look and sound top class”.
