A new event from the producers of The Music of Lord of the Rings and Beyond, Symphic Universe brought orchestral and choral arrangements of music from popular film series such as The Avengers, Guardians of the Galaxy, and Star Wars to the Bristol Hippodrome for an unforgettable night of magic and melodies.
We were delighted to support Sherborne Girls' recent production of Ray Bradbury's Fahrenheit 451. Enlightened provided Sound, AV and lighting equipment for the production, which made use of an immersive surround sound system.
The sound design included audience members listening to binaural audio recordings through individual wireless headphone sets. Enlightened also providing training for the students - empowering them to get hands-on with the technical side of theatre.
We absolutely love the Edinburgh Festival Fringe and have been supplying multiple venues of TheSpaceUK’s fringe venues with lighting and rigging since 2015 and this year we were asked to supply equipment for an additional two spaces as well as decorative architectural lighting for the cafe at Venue 45. In all, we supplied them with almost eight tonnes of equipment this year making this our busiest Edinburgh Fringe to date.

Enlightened was approached by Malmesbury Town Council with a view to developing the best possible budgetary technical proposal to upgrade the audio system and theatrical & multi-use lighting for the Malmesbury Town Hall’s Assembly Room.
Enlightened was delighted to be approached by the Tobacco Factory to help revitalise and expand their theatre space with a complete technical fit-out of an entirely new Studio/Theatre space, as part of their recent, £1.6M redevelopment project.
Enlightened was approached to help revitalise Fromes historic Memorial Theatre’s infrastructure by upgrading their existing systems to give the theatre a new lease of life and bring its electrical theatre infrastructure up to date to afford both itself and visiting performance companies greater flexibility over lighting design and performance audio with the installation of new Dimmers and DMX distribution.
Enlightened was delighted to be approached by Wiltshire Music Centre to recommend and install an upgraded energy efficient lighting system that would allow productions more versatility in lighting design whilst also providing intuitive control with a clean and simple interface.
Bradford on Avon’s charming St Margaret’s Hall was originally an early nineteenth-century wool dyeing factory. Its varied working life saw it converted into a cinema during the First World War and housing the town’s volunteer fire brigade in the 1940s, before conversion into a civic hall in the 1950s.
