Enlightened is looking for a skilled technician to join our growing Venue Servicing team. You’ll play a key role in making sure our clients’ venues are safe, compliant, and up to the high standards they expect. We’re after someone with solid technical know-how and great attention to detail, who takes pride in doing things right. You’ll also help keep things running smoothly in the warehouse by supporting stock maintenance, and take the lead on-site with teams to deliver top-quality service in line with Enlightened’s standards and values.
Additionally, the ideal candidate would have a forward thinking approach and be able to see potential business opportunities, while working on growing the relationships we have with our clients in a way that caters to their needs before they know they have them.

Working Hours:
Please note, due to the nature of our business, a high degree of flexibility is required — occasional early starts and late finishes due to site work and travel to and from client locations.
Your primary work location will be the Enlightened Head Office in Bristol.
Lunch Break: 30 minutes (unpaid)
Employees who work beyond 40 hours in a single week are entitled to additional future leave as time off in lieu of payment (TOIL). TOIL is earned in 4 hour (half day) blocks.
The Enlightened holiday year runs from the 1st February to the 31st January each year.
Upon joining the company you will accrue 1/12th of your contracted holiday allowance for each completed month of service.
The standard annual allowance is 28 days inclusive of bank holidays. Part time employees receive this on a pro rata basis.
