This marks the beginning of a new chapter for the company,—one that builds on its strong foundation of service, quality, and innovation.
As part of the transition, Colin Paxton returns to Enlightened as Managing Director. He is joined by Greg Quick, newly appointed Operations Director, and David Goldberg, who steps into the role of Finance Director. The buyout follows the retirement of Simon Marcus, who has led Enlightened since 2000 and has been instrumental in shaping its success and growth.
Founded following the acquisition of John Twine Lighting in Bath, Enlightened has grown under Simon’s leadership into one of the South West’s most respected AV providers. Now based in Bristol, the company serves a diverse range of clients across hire, production, installation, and sales, —with a reputation for technical expertise and a customer-centric approach.
“Since leaving Enlightened 10 years ago, I’ve remained close to the business,” said Colin Paxton, Managing Director. “The opportunity to return, build on its outstanding reputation, and help lead it into the future was one I couldn’t pass up.”
