'Gaia' is a touring work by the Bristol-based artist Luke Jerram. Featuring a seven-metre diameter globe suspended as if in mid-air, it allows the audience to see our world from a different angle, and aims to inspire awe in the same way as astronauts viewing the earth from space.
Enlightened was privileged to facilitate lighting and rigging, artist Luke Jerrams' ‘Museum of the Moon’ installation in Bristol Cathedral.
Suspended in the central transept crossing of the Cathedrals vaulted nave, the installation has been augmented by uplighting the columns along the nave's length in deep blue, utilising a combination of Helix S5000 Q4’s and OXO Pixyline 150s.
